Romina Cepeda

Romina Cepeda is a veteran educational leader with over 20 years of experience in New York City’s district and charter schools. She is known for her success in turning around underperforming schools, coaching educators, and leading strategic initiatives that improve student outcomes. Romina champions equity, restorative practices, and culturally responsive leadership. Her work focuses on building positive school culture, staff development, and student support systems. A recipient of multiple leadership awards, Romina is also pursuing a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard to deepen her impact on school improvement and educational equity.
