“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through struggles and decide not to surrender, that is strength.” – Mahatma Gandhi

Alison Rosnick brings over a decade of experience developing people to the role of Director of Talent for Neighborhood Charter Schools. Prior to working for NCS, Mrs. Rosnick worked on internal recruiting and training strategies for an IT recruiting firm in midtown Manhattan. Before moving to New York City, Mrs. Rosnick worked in higher education for seven years. She worked as the Director of Leadership Annual Giving for Colby College, and as an Assistant Women’s basketball coach for the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. Mrs. Rosnick is thrilled that her passion for education and people has found an intersection in the Director of Talent role at Neighborhood Charter Schools. In addition to her work for Neighborhood Charter Schools, Mrs. Rosnick enjoys reading, testing out new recipes (mostly sweets), and taking her rescue dog Zeus out for long walks with her husband, Greg.
