Sarah Iannucci serves as the Chief of Schools at Neighborhood Charter Schools. She started her career as a second-grade teacher and ever since has been motivated to ensure that schools are places where kids are loved and challenged every moment of the day. Sarah has served as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Founding Principal. Starting her own school was one of the most rewarding experiences of her life and it solidified her belief that great schools can motivate and reach every single child.
Sarah attended the University of Connecticut for her bachelor’s degree and completed her master’s at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has been in New York City for almost ten years. She can be found on the weekend heading to the playground with her two young daughters, cooking alongside her husband, and trying to find the time for a long run in the park.
